How To Prepare Crispy Chili Baby Corn

To make Chili Baby Corn, here's a basic recipe: Ingredients: 1 cup baby corn, cleaned and trimmed 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1/4 cup cornstarch 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste 1 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to your spice preference) 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder Salt to taste Oil for deep-frying 1 tablespoon oil for sautéing 1 onion, thinly sliced 1-2 green chilies, slit (adjust to your spice preference) 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup 1 tablespoon chili sauce 1/2 teaspoon sugar 1/4 cup spring onions, chopped (green parts) Instructions: In a mixing bowl, prepare the batter by combining all-purpose flour, cornstarch, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, black pepper powder, and salt. Add water little by little to form a smooth, thick batter. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
